Diamond Ball Sydney

Boys in the Band were honoured to be a part of this spectacular event raising much needed funds towards curing childhood cancers. A big thanks to Flying Ruby events for having us on board.

The Star Sydney VIP Gala

It was all showgirls, swing bands and VIP’s galore for The Star’s official VIP Gala night. Boys in the Band hit the stage for the evening’s grand finale performing a medley of hits from Jersey Boys/Frankie Valli, as well as hits from the Bee Gees to fit the night’s theme. 

On The Road Again…

Boys in the Band continue to tour the country with their forty date Australian concert tour. The last few months have seen them visit Tasmania, Queensland and Western Australia performing in beautiful venues such as The Events Centre Caloundra, Theatre Royal Hobart and The Regal Theatre Perth. The tour finishes in late August ready for a busy end of year events season.

Live at The Cruise Industry Awards

Boys in the Band were honoured to give the headline performance for the cruise industry’s night of nights “The CLIA’s” held at The Star Sydney and hosted by TV personality Tim Campbell. Check out some footage from the night below…

5 star reviews at the Adelaide Fringe Festival

Boys in the Band launched their brand new show and 2019 Australian concert tour “Jukebox Revolution” at the Adelaide Fringe and scored top honours with 5 star reviews for the group’s South Australian debut.

The show was also voted as the number two “must-see show” of the festival by FIVEaa’s Jane Reilly.

The group are now head out on a 40date national tour visiting capital cities of Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and ACT plus regional theatres across the country.

2019 Australian Concert Tour Announcement

Boys in the Band are thrilled to announce their 2019 Australian concert tour “Jukebox Revolution – every record tells a story!”.

This will be their biggest tour yet with close to 50 dates which will see them visit Western Australia and South Australia for the first time along with NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD.

Boys in the Band announce 2018 concert tour

After hugely successful 2017 concerts at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore and NSW Premier’s Gala Concerts at the ICC, Boys in the Band are thrilled to announce their 2018 Australian tour covering NSW, QLD, TAS, and ACT.

Boys in the Band say goodbye to Victoria!

Boys in the Band have now wrapped up all the Victorian tour dates of their 2015 Australian tour. The cast were thrilled to play some iconic and beautiful venues throughout April including Her Majesty’s Ballarat, The Drum Dandenong, Geelong Performing Arts Centre, The Capital Theatre Bendigo and Lighthouse Theatre Warnambool.

With some great crowds and The Players band expertly backing their every move it’s safe to say that the boys have had a blast entertaining the Victorian crowds and can’t wait to return next year. Boys in the Band will hit Queensland venues for the first time during May followed by NSW later in the year.

Excitement in Geelong as BITB prepare to hit town!

Geelong is getting excited to welcome back Leigh Sleightholme who was born and bred in the beautiful city. With his mum Sharon still a Geelong resident, the town is all a buzz for Boys in the Band’s first Geelong performance which will be at GPAC on 15th April.

Boys in the Band SOLD OUT concert at Sydney’s Taronga Zoo

Boys in the Band were a smash hit at the Taronga Zoo iconic Twilight Series performing to a sell-out crowd of over 1800 people.

With a huge crowd, big concert sound, and a view to die for overlooking Sydney Harbour it’s safe to say that the audience had a blast, as did our cast!

Backed by our very own SMA band The Players, everyone was up and out of their seats dancing and singing along in what was a hugely successful night for all.
