The Regent Theatre was built as a multi-purpose venue in 1930 and is still ideally suited to wide range of uses.

The Theatre has hosted many live performances through the years from subtle dramatic plays to full rock concerts. The acoustics are quite live and will carry both the nervous whisper of a six year old performing in her first Eisteddfod, and a electric guitar accompanied by a belting bass drum.
